On one of the largest available plots on the island of Paros of over 65,000 sq.m , we are designing and delivering a new type of leisure destination. A villa hotel that combines private residences, a village centre communal area, and a productive farm and landscape. Guided by strong principles of self sufficiency, local energy production and waste management, as well as water treatment and food production.
