We are developing the design and refurbishment of an existing commercial building to a collection of new compact homes on a historic Greek Location in Thessaloniki.
Our project reimagines a complete existing urban block from office to residential units. The building is located in the heart of Thessaloniki, very close to the central Aristotelous square, again on one of the main central streets of the city.
There are 34 apartments of various categories, from small microflats and studios to 4-bedroom units.
