Faliro Gardens is a modern, energy efficient and compact apartment block, designed for a wide Athenian audience. The combination of green architecture, various types of public spaces within the complex, mixed and flexible layouts, including micro-flats that are not common in Greece, modern building maintenance and operation technologies, make the project an attractive new addition to the area.
The architectural appearance of the building is determined by its revealed horizontality in combination with textured concrete and an abundance of greenery, selected taking into account the climatic features of the region.
