A large family villa for Kinth partner Alkis Tzavaras was built in an idyllic setting in canton Zug, using the latest environmental and sustainability standards and techniques. Achieving Minergie P standard and operating as a passive house, the building is prefabricated timber clad in a distinct charred accoya. Ground source heat pumps, large solar arrays and batteries, and water retention give the ability to be fully self sustaining.
